ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE? 

NO, all deposits are non-refundable! The only circumstances that will allow a refund is if an error is made on my behalf regarding your booking date. ​

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EDITED PHOTOS?

You will receive your edits within 2-4 business days following the date you provide me with your top choices.

HOW LONG AFTER MY SESSION WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

You will receive a link of your unedited photos within 24 hours following your session. You will receive the EDITED photos 2-4 business days after you choose your desired edits.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR BEING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No, however your session will end at the same scheduled time.

WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY?

If you are running late, please call/text your photographer. If you know you will be over 15 mins late please be considerate enough to provide an ETA. If you will be running over 30 mins late to an OUTDOOR photoshoot, your shoot will be CANCELLED and rescheduled with a NEW DEPOSIT required. If you are running 30 mins late to a STUDIO photoshoot, you will lose time but are still allowed to show up and finish the remainder of your time. ​​

DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS FOR THE STUDIO PHOTOSHOOTS?

No I do not. The studio provides props such as stools and chairs but nothing else. You are responsible for bringing all props, decorations or anything related to the theme of your photoshoot. ​

WHAT IF I NEED MY EDITS SOONER?

If you need your final edits within a day or two, a rushed fee of $60 will be applied.​​

AM I ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE MY PHOTO SESSION?

A rescheduling request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled shoot. Any reschedule request submitted within 24 hours or less of your scheduled shoot MAY result in a rescheduling fee, especially studio shoots.

FOR OUTDOOR SESSIONS, DO I CHOOSE THE LOCATION?

Yes, if you have a certain location in mind we will gladly shoot there.  However,  If you are unsure of where to shoot, I can provide a few recommendations and we can agree on a location.

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY? 

Outdoor photo shoots run the risk of Mother Nature not cooperating. If it is sunny or cloudy the day of your session, GREAT! Clouds actually help produce even light and sunny days are beautiful as well! We will reschedule your session at no additional cost if it is raining, too dark, or too windy. I will contact you the morning of your session to give an honest assessment of the weather.
